Dongnae x Higher Ground x Vine Trail
On Monday 22 September, we’re welcoming Higher Ground from Manchester and the brilliant wine importers, Vine Trail, for a very special evening at our home on Chandos Road here in Bristol. It’s an evening we’ve been planning and talking about for a while – a celebration of everything we love most in the industry: great food, great people, and some truly iconic wines.
Richard and Joe from Higher Ground will be collaborating with us, working with seasonal Cinderwood produce to create a one-night-only tasting menu. Raphael and Jack from Vine Trail will be pairing the menu with a special wine flight, alongside a hand-picked list of iconic bottles and rare vintages available in very limited quantities on the night.
There will be two seatings – 5:30pm and 8:00pm.
Tickets are £70 per person, payable upon booking, with an optional wine pairing available for £50.
