An Evening with Masaki Sugisaki

On Monday 11th May, join us for a one-off omakase takeover by Masaki Sugisaki of Dinings SW3.

Dinings SW3 is celebrated for its distinctive approach to British seafood through Japanese cuisine. Originally from Japan, Masaki grew up working in his family’s restaurant, where he developed a deep respect for ingredients, particularly fish, and the value of supplier relationships.


The evening will feature two intimate sittings at 6:00pm and 8:30pm, led collaboratively by Duncan and Masaki. This promises to be a unique experience, unlike any of our previous events.


The menu is priced at £90 per person, with the opportunity to enjoy additional dishes and a curated selection of special drinks on the night, including Dinings SW3’s house-created sake, brought exclusively to Bristol for this occasion.
